📦 Return Window

You may return unworn and unwashed items purchased from Grafitees.com within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Items must meet our return condition requirements below.
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item(s).
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:
Be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or stains
Have all original tags attached
Not show signs of use, such as makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or damage
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
Accessories (e.g., jewelry, bags, scarves)
Beauty and cosmetic items
Items marked as final sale or listed in the sale/clearance category

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a wrong item or a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us at support@grafitees.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Carefully package your item(s) in the original or similar packaging.
Ship the return to the address we provide via email.
Please include your order number inside the package for faster processing.
